All support workers hold a minimum of Certificate III in disability-related qualifications, with at least 6 months of experience working with people with disabilities. Our team undergoes rigorous pre-employment checks including WWCC, National Police clearance, and First Aid certification. We continuously train our staff to ensure they provide the highest quality care.
