Learn more about Level Up Abilities

A 12 week holistic day program with 3 sessions a day covering 4 different areas.Level Up Abilities was founded as we saw that there were limited safe spaces for people with disabilities to learn, network with others and express themselves away from societal expectations and judgement.

At Level Up Abilities, we provide the Level Up Club:

· 12 week program

· Every Wednesday 10.30am to 3pm, running 3 sessions a day

· Covering 4 areas:

Dance/movement: for self expression and a feeling of release and letting go Sports/outdoors: to get in touch with nature, your senses and embrace the outdoors as well as working on team building and communication skills Mindfulness/crafts: for using different outlets to express yourself and to feel at ease Independence/life skills: to encourage building confidence and feeling comfortable in different situations in the community

· The facility can cater to anyone with lots of space, ramp and accessible toilets

· The sessions are run by energetic, caring and passionate facilitators

· Small class – 6-8 participants per session

· The support worker/parent will also stay for the sessions

· It is a membership system in which you sign up for the 12 weeks and you decide which sessions you would like to come to, with varied sessions every week

· Participants can attend 1, 2 or all 3 of our sessions daily

· Payment is by a subscription method where you pay before you start, there is also a base rate if you would like to pay outright and not through the NDIS
