Balance provides caring support to individuals with disability. Our difference is that, first and foremost, we are carers. Every member of the Balance team is skilled in disability support and passes a background screening to ensure security for those we serve. Our service providers offer full-spectrum support for domestic assistance.

Our providers are skilled in all levels of personal activity support, providing assistance across every aspect of daily life.

Assistance in Household Tasks

For individuals with disability, home life can present obstacles. That’s why we provide the best possible care, in the home; cleaning, vacuuming, dishwashing, maintenance, yard work, basic repairs, disinfecting, and more. We employ rigorous hygiene standards and provide the necessary support to make home life easier enabling our clients to live with comfort and cleanliness. Additionally, our Balance support workers are flexible, adjusting to the individual needs of the client.

Throughout life, achieving short and long-term goals is important. At the same time, change can be challenging to individuals with disability. As participants transition into new situations, we provide support to make the transition easier.
