We offer: Functional and support needs assessments and programs , Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Psychology , Physiotherapy , Exercise Physiology, Disability consulting servicesTake Charge services are: fully accredited and quality assured currently provided within Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Adelaide metropolitan areas, and soon to launch in all other national metropolitan centres delivered Monday to Saturday from 8.30am to 5pm delivered at home, in supported accommodation, at place of work, or within the community or via clinics where possible. We offer Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology and Speech Pathology.
