About Triumph Care

We are a small independent company run by mums who wanted it to be done better. We want to provide services under the NDIS and to provide government subsidised and privately funded aged care services. We are a small independent company run by mums who wanted it to be done better. We want to provide services under the NDIS and to provide government subsidised and privately funded aged care services.

There are two goals we want to achieve:

1 – We want to create wonderful home based services in the Aged Care sector based on our lived experiences in caring for our families and extended community. We have experienced how difficult and sensitive it can be as an older person to remain living in your own home. We provide support to help older people and people with disabilities maintain their independence so that they can have a lifestyle they want. We run our programs with honesty and integrity.

2 – The other key goal is built on the life long experience of living with disability for our co-founders. We both have disabled children and understand exactly what we think the NDIS should be achieving. The old saying “be the change you want to see” is the reason we are active in the new NDIS scheme. We both want to see this scheme succeed and we both want all Australians with a disability to be able to access the support they need to live well.

Aboriginal Health – Paula is an Indigenous Australian, both Paula and Sue are committed to ensuring that our Indigenous disabled community has wonderful access to support and information about their rights under the NDIS.
