Personal care - Assistance with showering, dressing, oral hygiene, applying make- up, hair care, shaving, and toileting. Social support and companion - if you are looking for someone to have a chat at your home, watch TV together,, doing some chores around your house, cook together, going out on public transport, go for a walk, play games, or drive you around, we will be there to give you company. Meal delivery, preparation, and shopping - if you are unable to cook a meal or shop for ingredients, we will assist you. Provide transport to appointments or social / community engagements, school, work. Assist with medication, reminders, prompting. Household tasks such as cleaning, washing, and gardening.
