Disability Support Provider servicing great support workers for the greater Brisbane and Gold Coast regions. We strive to be Purposeful (Aiming for growth), Collaborative (Working together) and Proactive (Anticipating your needs).Great Disability Support is a provider of support workers for NDIS participants who are Plan-Managed, or Self-Managed. Our priority is to focus on and provide our clients with, the kind of support THEY want.



We meet and collaborate with them and other service providers, to create a personalised and progressive blueprint for their ideal support needs and maintain regular communication to ensure they are completely satisfied with our service.

We provide trained and caring workers who actively participate with them in order to achieve their goals, and progress them in their plan.

Our workers are:

• Consistent - there will be a regular face turning up for each shift rather than a different worker at different times.

• Trustworthy - client safety and security is of optimum importance.

• Punctual - they arrive at least 5 min before the time the shift begins and complete accurate shift reports

• Proactive - they use initiative and consistently identify ways that they can offer further assistance

• Enthusiastic - they are cheerful and motivated and ready to help.

• and Adaptable - they understand that things happen, and plans need to be changed or adjusted.



We can currently provide support workers for clients who are Plan Managed, or Self-Managed, catering for those who need either one support worker or an entire team.



We are more than happy to provide an obligation-free consultation to discuss the client's needs and support opportunities.



We service the Greater Brisbane area and the Northern Gold Coast.
