Lighthouse blends the power of technology with the warmth of a smile, delivering kindhearted, unique and innovative services directly to those who require support. Our services are based on outcomes not hours, helping you meet your goal is our goal.

Our team consists of experienced passionate humans who love to help others. Together we bring a wealth of knowledge, experience, compassion and lived experience in chronic illness, disability and mental health.

Our Support Coordinators are based in the local communities we service, so they are well versed in the community, mainstream & NDIS funded opportunities and supports available.

We currently service participants located within a 50km radius of Healesville, Victoria.
