Across our wide range of NDIS services and programs we focus on building life-skills, confidence and social connections. In partnership we support people with disability to lead more independent lives and to achieve their aspirations.

Our work in the community helps create places where people can connect and belong. Our sporting programs offer the chance to be active, healthy and to have fun!Leisure Networks also offers NDIS participants and their families expertise in support coordination, which helps put their NDIS plan into action, including linking with local supports and services, as well as financial plan management to assist clients obtain the best outcome from their NDIS plan.

As an industry leader you can rely on us to answer your questions and build your knowledge of the NDIS. We have strong and trusted relationships with our NDIS colleagues, our customers and the communities in which we work.

Our support coordinators help people learn about the NDIS, assist with choosing new services, find programs to build independence and manage their NDIS funding. Support Coordinators are very experienced with the NDIS and in finding ways to meet a person’s needs and their goals.

As an experienced NDIS plan management provider we take the worry out of paying your NDIS bills. Our staff are skilled, efficient and very responsive, ensuring providers are paid on behalf of people with an NDIS plan.

Our Independent Living model of support is fantastic as it allows us to develop your independence within the home and community. Together you will set and achieve your own goals, be empowered, have fun, gain confidence, grow, develop skills, have support, learn and enjoy special friendships.

Our skill-building programs can assist people into employment, independent living or in pursuing a healthy, more active life.

School holiday programs offer people of all ages the opportunity to connect with their community, make friends and experience new things in a small group setting.
