We are a mobile business, and can offer our services at a participant’s home, their local hydrotherapy pool, or their local gym.

Our services include health coaching, health checks, home exercise, hydrotherapy, group exercise, virtual reality / exergaming, and assisting with exercise equipment and technology purchases.

We service the following local government areas in Melbourne’s South-Eastern suburbs: Bayside, Cardinia, Casey, Frankston, Glen Eira, Greater Dandenong, Kingston, Knox, Maroondah, Monash, Mornington Peninsula, Whitehorse, Yarra Ranges.
