We achieve this through a neurodiversity-affirming approach, implementing positive behaviour strategies, and trauma-informed care, all while fostering a collaborative and empowering environment where individuals can truly thrive.



Our team is composed of experienced support workers who would be a great fit for your needs; they are calm, friendly, and non-judgmental, with hands-on experience using communication apps like Proloquo2Go and TouchChat. Additionally, our workers are well-versed in supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities, sensory processing disorders, learning and developmental disabilities, psychosocial disabilities, anxiety, depression, pathological demand avoidance (PDA), and physical disabilities such as cerebral palsy and muscular dystrophy.



We take pride in being a support provider that values lived experience, with team members who have both disability and LGBTQ+ backgrounds. This diversity within our support team and management ensures a deeper understanding and empathy for the unique challenges our clients may face.



In addition to our core and capacity-building services, we also offer comprehensive support coordination to help you navigate and optimise your NDIS plan. Our support coordinators work closely with you to identify your goals, connect you with the right services, and ensure that all your supports are working together seamlessly. Whether you need help finding service providers, managing your budget, or advocating for your needs, our team is here to guide you every step of the way.
