Together, we can help you to overcome isolation, reconnect you into the community, reduce loneliness, improve self-esteem. MDCC will facilitate individual support for you to attend AFL games, other sporting occasions, family group special occasions and parties, and day outings. In collaboration with BRACE Education & Training, we offer you courses that offer Certificate 1 in Transition Education and Certificate 1 in Work Education. We want to help open pathways and prospects in supporting employment, further education and voluntary work experience.
