We provide 1:1 mental health supports incl. medication education with our nursePot of Gold Therapy is dedicated to providing quality, affordable mental health support while respecting individual rights and promoting inclusivity. We recognize that each person's experience with mental health is unique, and we believe in a tailored approach to counselling. Understanding that mental health impacts all areas of life, we aim to be a supportive partner in each individual's recovery journey.

Our Services

Consultations: We offer 1:1 face-to-face appointments and home/community visits within Ballarat. Australia wide we offer appointments via Telehealth (phone, video) Evidence-Based Practices: Our clinicians utilize a range of tools and interventions to deliver holistic, person-centred care that meets individual needs. Bulk-Billing: We offer bulk billing for low-income holders and concession card holders to ensure that quality mental health support is accessible to everyone.

Our Approaches:

Trauma-informed Care: We use trauma-informed approaches, including the hearing voices approach to address mental health concerns Psychoeducation: We provide education and support for individuals, families, and caregivers about mental health, addiction, and coping strategies Holistic Interventions: Our counselling sessions focus on relapse prevention, skill development, stability and empower individuals to understand and manage their own mental health whilst navigating life's challenges.

We are particularly passionate about mental health, trauma, and psychoeducation within the contexts of ADHD and ASD, dedicating ourselves to helping individuals and families live with dignity and achieve their personal goals.
