About ABLE 2 CARE AUSTRALIA PTY LTD

Cleaning services available for support participants๐ŸŒŸ Able 2 Care Australia โ€“ Compassionate Support for Your NDIS Journey ๐ŸŒŸ

Able 2 Care Australia provides dedicated support to individuals through a range of NDIS services. We focus on community access, in-home care, respite care, and medication monitoring, all while fostering a compassionate and understanding environment. Our mission is to empower people to live their best lives by providing personalised, high-quality care that promotes independence and well-being.

๐Ÿ’ก Why Choose Able 2 Care Australia?

Participant-Centred Care: We tailor our services to meet your specific needs, ensuring you feel supported and empowered every step of the way. Respect and Inclusivity: We believe in treating every individual with respect and empathy, promoting an inclusive culture where everyone feels seen and heard. Nature-Focused Approach: Our unique connection with nature means that we often take clients on outdoor trips, enhancing well-being through natural environments.

๐Ÿ  Our Services Include:

Community Access: Support to engage in social activities and participate in your local community. In-Home Care: Assistance with daily living tasks to help you stay comfortable and independent in your own home. Respite Care: Short-term care options to give you or your caregiver a well-deserved break. Medication Monitoring: Ensuring medication is taken safely and on time.

๐ŸŒ Locations We Serve

Based in Hobart and Sorell, we proudly serve Tasmania and extend our services across Australia, including all major cities such as Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, and Perth.

๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€โš•๏ธ Our Expert Team

All support workers hold a minimum of Certificate III in Individual Support or Disability Support. Our team members undergo rigorous pre-employment checks, including police checks, WWVP cards (or blue cards), and first aid/CPR certification. Within a few weeks of employment, our carers receive training in manual handling, medication handling, and food preparation to ensure they provide the highest level of care.

๐ŸŒˆ Empowerment and Independence

Weโ€™re committed to empowering individuals with disabilities by promoting autonomy, self-advocacy, and person-centred care. Our team listens closely to understand your unique needs and aspirations, working together to develop support plans that enhance independence, dignity, and quality of life.

๐ŸŒฟ Nature-Focused, Community-Centred

We take pride in offering a nature-focused approach that sets us apart from other service providers. By organising outdoor activities and community outings, we help participants connect with nature, build social connections, and enjoy life to the fullest.

๐Ÿ’ฌ What Our Participants Say

Although we are a new business, our growing reputation reflects our values of compassion, respect, and inclusivity. We aim to create a supportive environment where participants feel heard and valued.

๐Ÿ“ˆ Commitment to Growth

Weโ€™re dedicated to continuous improvement, staying up to date with best practices and evolving our services to meet the changing needs of the NDIS community. Our commitment to ongoing learning and professional development ensures we provide the best possible care.

๐Ÿš€ Immediate Capacity Available

While immediate capacity depends on the availability of support workers, we strive to connect participants with care as quickly as possible. If no immediate carers are available, we actively recruit and train new staff to ensure minimal wait times, with a potential waiting period of up to 2 months.
