Better Think Director:

Hello, my name is Neha, and I am founder and director of Better Think Support Services. I bring over five years of experience in the aged care and disability sector, having worked in various roles, including Personal Care Worker, Disability Support Worker, Support Coordinator, Psychosocial Recovery Coach, Client Services Coordinator, and Operations Manager with various NDIS Providers. Through these roles, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with individuals with disabilities and mental health challenges, gaining invaluable insights into their needs and care.



I hold a Master of Social Work from Flinders University, and I am a member of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) and throughout my career, I have developed a strong foundation in providing person-centered support and delivering services that truly make a difference in the lives of those we serve. I am excited to bring my experience and passion to this role, and I look forward to working together with the team to further enhance the quality of care and support we provide.
