SIL housing, Respite care, community access respite, Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA)We are specialised in supporting people with disabilities who need complex and higher intensity support. We are emphasizing on supporting participants from a collaborative recovery model while community centric personalised care is our fundamental way of working with our stakeholders. We have been focusing on the strengths of participants while supporting them to improve their inter/independence.

There will be carer/s 24/7 in highly equipped and personally matched SIL/MTA/STA/SDA accommodation. Based on the level of functionality, staff will assist participants with ADLs, meaningful civic activities, and other personal care activities. Our commitment to no compromise in the quality of support services will enable us to stay out of crowd, we believe.

To meet the support needs of each participant, our support staffs are with at least cert 3 in Disability support and medical/CPR first aid training. Based on the complexity of the case, we provide staff with mental health first aid qualification in addition to those qualifications. Hence, all our support team is qualified and competent enough to meet the support expectation of each participant.
