My name is Carlos & I am an experienced PsychoSocial Support Worker/Facilitator with a UNSW Bachelors of Arts degree (Major: Sociology & Minor: Psychology) with over 10 years experience in the Mental Health Sector.

From 2022 I started a small company “calm community care” as felt some of the larger org's were overlooking some groups.

calm (ccc) is an Illawarra/Dharawal based boutique business working with NDIS Plan-Managed participants such as:

. consumers further along their recovery journey to work & socialise etc

. gentler consumers keen to be heard and to use their own voice

. GLBTIQ (folks from various rainbow communities) to connect

. CALD/NESB (folks from multicultural backgrounds) to connnect
