Build Them Up is a mobile therapy service offering social skills training and emotional skills development with an experienced Social Worker.At Build Them Up, building life skills is our specialty. Life skills such as social and emotional development are necessary for building personal resilience, healthy relationships and well-being. These skills can help us handle lifes' events by improving our self-awareness and confidence, managing difficult emotions and impulses and increasing empathy and cooperation. The good news is, these skills can be taught and continuously improved.
