With a combined 30 years experience in Mental, Addiction and Physical health. We possess an in-depth working knowledge of the public health system, which has enabled us to create Compass Health with the goal of providing person centred care, optimising individual health outcomes whilst alleviating pressure on the Public Health System. We provide safe and considered individualised care that is tailored to each individuals lived experience, with a focus on physical, intellectual, emotional, social, spiritual and cultural domains of wellbeing. Compass Health’s goal is to guide and support our participants recovery journey, placing the onus of care plan control with the individual at all times. We are adaptable and flexible, ensuring participants receive high quality, evidence based care that meets their individual needs.
