About Refresh Hygiene

We visit people at home on a weekly or fortnightly schedule to remove nappy and incontinence aid waste. We provide a clean 45 litre bin which you keep anywhere in your home and when we come to visit we'll remove your waste and disinfect your bin.About Our Service

Refresh Hygiene provides specialised waste services for people living at home. We provide a clean 45 litre bin which you can place anywhere inside or outside your home to easily manage nappy and incontinence aid waste.

We're just like your local council bin collection service but for nappies and incontinence aids, with one big difference being you won't need to leave your bin out on the street! We will provide these services from your front porch or we can come inside if you need us to.

Our services extend to NDIS participants, with available funding, who are ‘self managed’ or have a plan manager in place and elderly customers living independently or in care. We hope to confirm our NDIS registration by November 2020.

Our professional, friendly staff have police & working with children checks. We visit every week to remove your waste and clean the bin with disinfectant, making sure your bin is hygienic and fresh.

What Can You Place in Our Bins?

You can place incontinence pads, guards, nappies, pull-ups, diapers, slips, tampons and other menstruation products in our bins.
