Our occupational therapists focus on promoting health and wellbeing by enabling participants to participate in the everyday activities of life. Our physiotherapists are involved in the assessment, diagnosis, planning and management of patient care. They are experts in the structure of the human body and its movement and they work with participants of all ages. Assisted personal activities involves supporting participants with their day-to-day activities.Triniti Home Care is a NDIS organization founded in 2018 by a group of highly skilled registered nurses. All employees go through complete checks and a thorough interview process.  We require a minimum of 12 months experience and a Cert III in Individual Support, however many of our support workers have a background in nursing, medicine or allied health.  As such, we are able to handle any level of care, including high intensity and complex, with experience across areas such as ABI, Muscular Dystrophy, Motor Neurone Disease, Cerebral Palsy, and Multiple Sclerosis.
